What are the advantages

The platform allows you to store, process and manage your information more efficiently and facilitates relationships with customers and suppliers. More than 1500 companies use the platform.

Modular

The platform offers various modules and functionalities. Each company uses what it wants according to their needs and interests.

Private information

Each company can manage your information (for example: analysis, PPPL, AWICA report, quality control, certificate, document ...) privately and confidentially. Only the owner of the information has access to it.

Share information

The platform facilitates the sharing of information both within the company and with customers and suppliers. If the owner of the information so wishes, he can share the information he wants with whoever he wants, selecting one by one or creating sharing rules.

Upload the information once and share it with one or all of your customers. Avoid duplicating work and costs.

Register

(1) Go to www.food-experts.com
(2) If you have received an invitation by email access with the username and password indicated in it.
(3) If you are already registered, log in with your username and password.
(4) If you do not know if you are registered or have forgotten your password, use the link "I forgot my password".
(5) If you are not registered and have not received an invitation email, click on "New registration".

Activation of the registration

If you registration to the FoodExperts on-line platform has been activated, you can access to the platform (www.food-experts.com) with the login and password used in your registration and sent to you by e-mail.

The use of the platform is very simple. Please find below some help to get started.

Using the online platform you can

See the analysis results at any time.
Manage the information: keep the information organized, find out trends, consolidate the information, get reports, etc.
Check automatically if the analysis result complies with the MRLs of several countries you intend to export. Identify countries that could have problems.
Check automatically if the analysis result complies with your customer specifications.
Get analysis results by e-mail or SMS. Be notified when analysis results do not meet customer or legal requirements.
Give access to other colleagues within your organization.
Share your analysis with other users of the on-line platform if you wish to do so (this only works if you specifically request in writing your analysis to be shared and with whom).
Use the system to handle your own self-control analysis.
Use the system to manage the information of your suppliers.

Start by enabling pop-ups in your web browser

You must enable pop-up windows in your web browser (Microsoft Explorer, Firefox...) to work with this site.

Microsoft Explorer

On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click “Pop-up Blocker Settings”. Type the address of the site (www.food-experts.com) in the “Address of Website” to allow box, and then click “Add”.

Go to Tools > Options > Content > Options Preferences. Unmark block pop-ups windows or click “Exceptions” and enter www.food-experts.com and click “Allow”.

If you have a Google toolbar enable pop-ups. Go to www.food-experts.com, click the Pop-up blocker button. The button's icon will change from popups blocked to popups allowed to indicate that the Pop-up blocker is disabled.

Give access to other colleagues within your organization

You can give access to several users within your company, should you want to. To do so go to My Profile > User access > New access. Give the new user name and password to your colleague. This way your colleagues can also be informed on analysis results.

Change your password

Go to My Profile > User access and click on the grey rectangle in the right part your contact. A screen opens to change data. Click on Change Password.

Recover username and password

(1) Access the user area (from the public website click on the green button located at the top right).
(2) Click on the link "Forgot your password?".

(3) Enter your email and confirm it.
(4) Click on "Submit".
(5) If your email is already in the system, an email will be sent to you and you will see a link that will take you to the password recovery screen.
(6) If your email is not in the system, you must enter your name and company in the fields enabled and Food Experts will contact you shortly.

User invitation

An already registered user can send an invitation to join the FoodExperts online platform.

How to access the system

Go to www.food-experts.com and access with the username and password that the person who has invited you has generated for you.

When you access, you will be asked to complete your registration information and change your username and password.

Through the platform you can

View and manage the analytical results of your product and / or that of your suppliers.
Access the information at any time.
Customize the application to see only the information relevant to you and set up alarms and personalized notifications.
Discover trends, consolidate information, obtain reports, etc.
Automatically check if the result of the analysis is adjusted to the maximum residue limits and the acute reference dose.
Receive the results of the analysis by email or SMS. The system can notify you when the results of the analysis do not meet the specifications defined by you.

Company invitation

You can receive an invitation sent by a company to trial and join the FoodExperts online platform.

How to login

Go to www.food-experts.com and login with the username and password received. You will be requested to complete your registration data and change your user name and passwords when you log in the first time.

Unsubscribe

If you do not wish to continue with the service, you can unsubscribe from the FoodExperts platform. Log in with your username and password at www.food-experts.com, go to My Profile> Communications Center> Notifications and click on "Unsubscribe".

Once you unsubscribe, you will not receive more analytical results, alarms or notifications in your email or mobile phone.

If you want to continue enjoying this service

You do not need to take any action. The system will continue to operate as it has been doing so far. You can change your personal settings or unsubscribe at any time.

The cost of the service is only € 10 per month. This rate only applies to the months (or fraction of the month) in which you have received analytical results. There is no need to unsubscribe out of campaign, there are no charges if there is no analysis. If you decide to continue with this service we will begin to apply the indicated rate.

Registration request

If your registration is right, you will request access to FoodExperts online platform with your user name and password.

Important

Your registration is being processed and you will not be able to access the site until the application is validated by FoodExperts. The validation process can take up to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). This could include contacting you by phone or e-mail to validate the registration data. We do apologise for the delay this security check may cause. Once your registration is validated you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can then login to your account using the user and password indicated above.

Give access to company colleagues

From the list of company users click on "Add new user".

In the window that appears, fill in the information and click "Accept".

The new user will receive an email with an invitation email where there will be a link that will take you to the beginning of the registration.
